As a world´s first we are proud to introduce the H2O KALMAR 2 DEEP DIVER TITANDAMAST, which which is the first watch in the world that has been made entirely from handforged TITANDAMAST material. Not only the watch case, but also the bezel, case back and crown was made from this exiting material. The Titandamast was forged together from three different titanium grades and keeps the corrision resistance and leightweight from the original titanium grades.

By heat coloring the TITANDAMAST is developing at certain high temperatures a robust oxidation layer on top of the material. The color of each titanium grade layer at the same temperature level is different and in result its bringing out this awesome color scheme.

Also the H2O KALMAR 2 DEEP DIVER TITANDAMAST is based on the same design as the H2O KALMAR 2 DEEP DIVER, which holds the 25.000M WATER-RESISTANCE WORLD RECORD FOR MECHANICAL WATCHES! The H2O KALMAR 2 DEEP DIVER was tested and officially certified by German institute to withstand a pressure of more than 2500bar.

With its black sunburst dial this watch is really an eyecatcher. The chromed handset has the typical H2O design.

We will offer this special version with the following configuration options:

MOVEMENT / STRAPS:

1. STANDARD VERSION with SWISS SELITTA SW300 movement and a black Horween leather strap with heat colored titanium buckle
2. UNLIMITED VERION
- Additionally to the standard black Horween leather strap with heat colored titanium roller buckle a second black lizard leather strap with heat colored
TIMASCUS roller buckle will be added
- SWISS ETA 2892 TOP GRADE / The Swatch group stopped the supply of the ETA movements. In future these movements will become very rare and nearly impossible to source

CERAMIC INLAY:

1. MINIMALISTIC style black ceramic inlay
2. 15SEC DIVE style black ceramic inlay / marker filled with Super-LumiNova BGW9

FRONT CRYSTAL:

1. 8.25mm sapphire front crystal / this crystal has the same height as the surrounding ceramic inlay
2. 10.50mm sapphire front crystal / this crystal is about 2mm higher as the surrounding ceramic inlay / the sides of the crystal are polished

Important Notice: Since there is so much human handwork involved into the production of the material, the cutting and heat-coloring every single watch will look different to the one shown in the photos here. But they will be similar. The heat-coloring process is very sensitive to the temperature used and therefore the colors could slightly differ or could be uneven. This is a characteristic of the material and the manual heating process!

Die Uhr ist allein aufgrund der Proportionen schon ein Spalter. Von der Größe rede ich jetzt mal gar nicht. Dann noch dieses Gehäusematerial: ich denke, die Uhr wird eine sehr kleine Nische besetzen. Wem's gefällt, der bekommt hier das Besondere. Den meisten wird es zu besonders sein.

Eher was für die H20 Fanboy - Gemeinde…sowas muss man mögen..…Mein Ding wäre die nicht, extrem groß, teuer und merkwürdig aussehend.

Aber egal. Wieso haben diese Uhren dann aber schwarze Lederbänder? Da hätte man sich etwas einfallen lassen müssen, das zum Charakter der Uhr paßt.

Das paßt jedenfalls gar nicht.

Das die Uhr kein Mainstream ist, und H2O nicht tausende davon verkaufen wird, dürfte denen auch klar sein. Das haben die bestimmt auch nicht beabsichtigt.
Damit will man wohl zeigen, was technisch möglich ist, und sich an die Grenzen des technisch machbaren bewegen.
Ich denke, das spricht in erster Linie Technik Freaks an, die das Extreme mögen. Davon soll es ja gar nicht mal so wenige geben.

Clemens Helberg experimentiert gern und öfter mit seltenen und interessanten Materialien, welche bestimmte Eigenschaften und eine besondere Optik haben.
Er konstruiert auch gerne Uhren, welche im Tauch- und Wassersportbereich extrem belastbar sind.
Den Nachweis, daß die Uhren extreme Wasserdrücke aushalten, lässt er mit aufwändigen Hydraulikprüfanlagen erstellen, unabhängig davon, ob die Uhren im realen Leben derartigen Belastungen ausgesetzt werden können.
Er zeigt damit, was technisch in bestimmten Größen zu entsprechenden Preiscn möglich ist.
Ja, für solche außergewöhnlichen Dinge gibt es Fans und zahlende Kundschaft, auch wenn ich in diesem Fall nicht dazu gehöre.
Ich finde es sehr cool und interessant, was Er da im Uhrenbereich auf die Beine stellt!
Nur, weil man selber (oder auch ich) mit etwas nichts anfangen kann, bedeutet das nicht, daß andere Menschen damit auch nichts anfangen können.
Jeder hat ne andere Macke und andere Interessen und findet natürlich auch verschiedene Dinge gut oder eben nicht.
Ich habe 3 H2O- Uhren in Edelstahl und Grade 5 Titan, welche ich oft und gerne trage.

Ich trage seine Uhren gern, aber bei dieser bin ich raus. Für meinen Arm leider nicht tragbar, auch wenn der Preis verlockend ist.
